Our monthly membership model ensures that you have access to your physician anywhere/anytime, even evenings and weekends. All of your scheduled appointments are 60 minutes and you have access to the physician via unlimited secure messaging, in-office visits, or telemedicine visits – with no additional fees. SOSA Medical Aesthetics partners with you to provide consistent, evidence-based, Lifestyle Medicine-focused, acute and chronic primary care throughout your life.

WHAT IS LIFESTYLE MEDICINE?
