Our Founder and Medical Director, John P. Sosa, M.D., DipABLM is double Board Certified in Family and Lifestyle Medicine, and has a passion for adult preventive health care, lifestyle transformation, and functional and aesthetic enhancement. He bridges cutting-edge, non-surgical, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures with evidence-based lifestyle interventions to help you achieve optimal rejuvenation and healthspan. Dr. Sosa is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, a Diplomat of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
