Board Certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine in Tampa, Dr. Sosa focuses on whole-body wellness with compassion and down-to-earth approachability. He aims to develop close and lasting relationships with patients to help them achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals.
Our Founder and Medical Director, John P. Sosa, M.D., DipABLM is double Board Certified in Family and Lifestyle Medicine, and has a passion for adult preventive health care, lifestyle transformation, and functional and aesthetic enhancement. He bridges cutting-edge, non-surgical, minimally invasive aesthetic procedures with evidence-based lifestyle interventions to help you achieve optimal rejuvenation and healthspan. Dr. Sosa is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, a Diplomat of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, and a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
